My Wedding Prep Essentials

Every bride obviously wants to look her best on her wedding day. From top to toe. So in January, four months before the big day, I used the excuse to go purchase some new products to add my routine.  Here are some of my favourites I thought I would share with you…

Sanctuary Spa Salt Scrub

Product 1

This product is one of the most thorough salt scrubs I have ever used. It is coarse so you know you are getting a deep exfoliation but it also very moisturising. It leaves an oily texture on your skin which doesn’t really wash off. Once you have towel dried though your skin is super soft. I found I didn’t even need to moisturise afterwards, something that doesn’t happen often as I get very dry legs. It is a big hit with me!

Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask

Face sheet

This mask is a bit fiddly to start with but once you apply it is cool and refreshing. A word of warning you may scare those around you as the look of the mask is quite a sight! 15 minutes later you un-peal and reveal a very moisturised face. There is a fair amount of excess product left on your face but you can you a cotton pad to spread and soak up a little.

L’oreal Colour Cream

Product 2

Firstly the smell of this cream is divine, I have had to restrain myself from putting too much on my hair because I love it so much.  I tend to use it just after I have towel dried my hair from roots to tip. It has definitely helped with shine and dryness in preparation for the big day.

L’oreal Fake tan

Product 3

Not many people like doing this but I love putting a small bit of fake tan on my face just before I go to bed so I awaken to a glow. This tan works perfectly for that. It soaks in quickly, isn’t greasy or too biscuit smelling and has always been pretty even.

Lots of home spa pampering!

Until next time breath in and relax
