My evening skincare routine

Night 11

I am not perfect and I can hold my hands up to admit I have had evenings where I have been too tired, lazy and gone to bed with my make up on. Life is too short to over worry about it but when I can I like to try and simply remove my make up properly and cleanse my skin.

I start with the Loreal Fine Flowers Cleansing Milk. This is super gentle and removes all my make up. I tend to use two cotton pads going over my skin twice. This is followed by the complimenting Loreal Fine Flowers Toner. I only use one cotton pad for this.

Once I have cleansed and toned I use the Loreal  Pure Clay Purity Wash Cleanser applying with my fingers and removing with a warm flannel.

Next comes the moisturers. Once a week I use the Espa Overnight Therapy. It’s a thick creamy texture and has a strong aromatherapy smell. I use a pea sized amount and massage into my face with my fingers. I massage it for over a minute and until the cream has turned white on my skin. It is very rich so I only use this once a week.

Night 7

The other nights I use the Loreal Hydra Genius on my face and decolotarge. It is fresh and while it soaks in I brush my teeth using the Oral B pink Electric Toothbrush.

Next up I use the Loreal Overnight Exilir Tan. I use one small pump on my fingers to apply all over my face and decolotarge. Be warned always wash your hands after using this product as it will stain them.

Finally I use the L’occitane Ultra Rich lip balm as I am prone to dry lips specially in the winter.
Night 1
That’s it! Super simple and easy to follow.

If you have any overnight creams you recommend I would love to hear about them!

Until next time breath in and relax
